8. Intellectual Property

• Clients retain ownership of materials they provide.
• Plaure Technologies retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, and development methodologies.
• Ownership of completed deliverables transfers to the client after full payment has been received, except for third-party software and licensed components.

9. Third-Party Services

Our projects may integrate third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, Google Play Console, APIs, plugins, or software platforms.

We are not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, pricing adjustments, or actions taken by third-party providers.

10. Google Play Store Publishing

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their applications comply with Google Play Developer Policies and all applicable laws.

Plaure Technologies is not responsible for application rejection, suspension, removal, or developer account actions resulting from policy violations or inaccurate information supplied by the client.

11. Website Security

While we implement industry-standard security practices, no website or online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Clients are encouraged to maintain strong passwords, keep software updated, and follow recommended security practices.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plaure Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality solutions, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific business results, or compatibility with every third-party platform.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services where:

• Required payments are not made.
• Fraudulent or unlawful activities are detected.
• The client engages in abusive or threatening conduct.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plaure Technologies, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Where resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the matter to mediation before pursuing any legal action.
